We lived in Carlsbad for years and somehow never made it to the fantastic flower fields. It was a GORGEOUS day today, and we spent it walking through a rainbow of ranunculus. Lyla loved grabbing all the different flowers. Of course she wanted to taste them all too! It was a very good day.

The flower fields are right by the Carlsbad outlet mall. She can exit Palomar Airport Road to get there. It's so beautiful right now. Where is your sister?
