Cody is now 5 weeks old and has been spending more and more time awake each day. We love seeing his eyes open and looking about. He is such an angel baby.
Lyla gives her little bro love all day long. She often tries to soothe him if he's crying and asks him what's wrong. He loves her voice and searches for her face every time he hears it. Either that or he finds her high-pitched voice annoying and wants to know where the horrible sound is coming from. At least she keeps him busy!
I recently got a haircut from Trav and have been neglecting to post a picture of it. You can't tell, but it's a really deep red color too. I'm going to try straight-across bangs one more time even though they drive me crazy. I always have the urge to push them out of my eyes!

and i know that shirt that lyla is wearing in the last picture because i really wanted to buy it piper size from target, but no such luck.
