So we ran around last night getting Trav's resume ready for his interview today at Element Salon in Temecula. After various trips to Office Max, the Carlsbad Library, our friend Compton's house, and finally an early trip to my work office in Escondido, we had the final product freshly printed and ready to go. There's nothing like procrastinating, right?

Travis had his interview with the salon manager this morning and had a really great impression. They definitely run things much differently than Bella D'Ora. You can see from the picture above of the salon that this place is NOT a spa and is very hip and fresh with the bright orange and green colors. It's located in a strip mall and is right next to a Henry's market. They get a lot of foot traffic, so he will have opportunities for walk-ins. He has a follow-up interview with the owner this Thursday where he will actually bring in a model to show his cut/color skills. Will this be his new salon home??? We will see!
